More Photos from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the released materials.

Also featured in this latest image release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.

You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a notes section labelling different sections of the property.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.

Further materials disclosed as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
